Messed up laundry!!

I am not really a laundry person and i have messed up some clothes while washing them.Usually the problem is colour run.Eventhough,i take loads of precaution with hubby's favourite t-shirts / shirts i somehow end up with a colour run..

This week was this T-shirt from Zara and i liked the design alot.I think hubby liked it very much too.Unfortunately,the pink colour run to the white part while soaking in soap water!

So,i decided to google some solution for this problem and it was my lucky day!!Here is the solution...with 'Yes' gel dishwasher liquid.(Basically,any dishwashing gel used for dishwasher)

Items : Dishwashing gel soap used for dishwasher,toothbrush and cold water

*Step 1:Take a old toothbrush and brush the colour run areas with the dishwasher gel

Step 2 : Wash it off in cold water

And 'Tada' Good as new!!Yay!

Later than i found out there is a easier way.Just soak the t-shirt in salt added water...Haiz but anyway i am happy that i got rid of the colour run and hubby can use the t-shirt again!

(*I tried this immediately after washing and before the t-shirt dries off.So,i am not sure if this works after the t-shirt dries)

After such a long time,we drove to Kalmar and walked around and had great Sushis!!!

It was a good weekend (before Daylight Saving Time begins) and hubby allowed me to buy some clothes..Hehehe.I also got some smoky eye shadow for halloween.I did already about 3 different type of hairdo and make up already.I still feel i am not getting what i want..Hmmm..I really wish i had black eyeshadow from Mac.Mac Eye Shadow colours are really amazing and produces great results.

My Fair Lady X2 ???!!

I wanted to watch this show because of Yoon Eun Hye.
I find her acting very cute and she can really make you
laugh.So,i searched for My Fair Lady & starting watching
the show.
I was on the 4th (boring)episode and Yoon Eun Hye was
still not there.Only then did it struck me that i might be watching
the wrong show!Turn out there is 2 My Fair Lady...aiyoh and t
he one i watched was not even romcom it was romance drama!!

Ok,now about the right My Fair Lady/Take care of my young lady...

This show was way much better than the previous one.Yoon Eun Hye's acting and dressing was good.I read the recent netbuzz about her acting and English accent in this show but i noticed that she hardly spoke English and the only thing i remember saying was 'Jasteen timberrlaku'(Justin Timberlake)that sounded a bit off.Apart from that i still find her acting as good as ever.

As for the hero,Yoon Sang Hyun,i didn't really like him at first but as i continued to watch the show i felt that his acting was good.He was also not bad looking.hehehe.

Yakuza Moon:Memoirs of a Gangster's daughter

Been borrowing books to read as i am almost done with my books.Seline happend to ask me if i wanted to borrow this book & i since i had all the time i did.

I finished this book within a day as it was so interesting that i couldn't put it down.An extaordinary(n heartbreaking) memoir.

The strength,will power and endurance of a woman always amazes me.Shoko Tendo is another evidence to that.Hats off to her for boldly putting her past,mistakes,pain and Yaluza life into a book!

They said everyone had to sing today and there was no way i could escape.But honestly ...i can sing Engrish song !Poor girls had to listen to me sing!

Hubby too had to sing.(Err maybe u should practise more in bathroom..)but i was still proud of him for being so sportive.

How to Dance in the Rain

It was a busy morning, about 8:30 , when an elderly gentleman in his 80's arrived at the hospital to have stitches removed from his thumb. He said he was in a hurry as he had an appointment at 9:00 am.

I took his vital signs and had him take a seat, knowing it would be over an hour before someone would to able to see him. I saw him looking at his watch and decided, since I was not busy with another patient, I would evaluate his wound. On exam, it was well healed, so I talked to one of the doctors, got the needed supplies to remove his sutures and redress his wou nd.

While taking care of his wound, I asked him if he had another doctor's appointment this morning, as he was in such a hurry.

The gentleman told me no, that he needed to go to the nursing home to eat breakfast with his wife. I inquired as to her health.

He told me that she had been there for a while and that she was a victim of Alzheimer's Disease.
As we talked, I asked if she would be upset if he was a bit late.
He replied that she no longer knew who he was, that she had not recognized him in five years now.
I was surprised, and asked him, 'And you still go every morning, even though she doesn't know who you are?'

He smiled
As he patted my hand and said,

'She doesn't know me,
But I still know who she is.'

I had to hold back tears as he left, I had goose bumps on my arm, and thought,
'That is the kind of love
I want in my life.'
