English Tea!

As our sari episode was over,we decided next for English tea at this Victorian style cafe.It was a good day to do this as the weather was cold and we felt warmer in our clothes!

At the Cafe,We suppose to have nice tea cups but i got the bigger one so can drink so tea.Hehehe

I was trying to look like those serious English Women in Pictures (while Cindy decided to pose nicely..haiz)

Then,we were swapping hats..

I think i have a new hobby without me realising..Hat Collecting!Hats are really great accessories to add to your wardrobe but so sad can't wear in Sing.( i will still continue to collect..hehehe)

Lunch in Style

We wanted to try something new and thought of a theme lunch.The discussion began with Greek theme lunch and we kept changing until we finalized on Indian Bollywood.We settled for Sari.First time i am wearing Saree in Karlskrona.

I tried the Goan Fish curry Recipe for the 2nd time from my new cookbook.The girls seemed to enjoy it and i was glad that it didn't turn out too spicy.

Both Cindy and Sherin looked gorgeous in their Sari.Sherin was handling her sari like she was so used to wearing it eventhough,i think,it was her first time.

 We finished lunch and proceed downstairs for some nice picture taking but there were people there sitting and talking.So,we just took the pictures near the door to my building.Hahaha.

We were posing to take pic when we realized that we still haven't off the timer!!

It was really fun to dress up and have theme parties or gatherings.We don't really have the luxury of time back home to try all these crazy stuffs.As my days here are numbered,i guess i got to make the most of it.I am sure these pics will bring back great memories once we are back to the stress world!

Fun Weekend!

This was a super long evening full of food and fun.First,we had steamboat dinner.

Then,we had cake cutting for Birthday boys.

I had tried to bake blueberry pie for this day.I am glad it turned out well.

Baby angel wasn't that sleepy and she sat comfortably in my arms for sometime without crying.Yay!I didn't realize how comfortable she was until i saw this picture.She looks pretty comfy.Hahaha!

After that,the gaming session began.Its always fun playing with different groups of friends..

The last game (I don't know what you call it) was newly introduced to me and H.It was something like broken telephone.Only difference is instead of passing the message verbally you make it (usually an object) using playdoh and the last person in the team have to guess the object.

 Now,the 1st person is making the object while the other team members,except 1, are away

The Next person try to make it while the 1st one is kept away

I had an awesome time with all that great food,cake and the fun games.By the time we reach home it was 3plus in the morning!

Almost every shop owner has dog here and once 1 starts to bark all start to bark.The shopkeeper has to comeout and Sush them.

Bus Stop

I didn't go to the beach as i was dead tired and i wanted to go to the hotel and chillout at the veranda enjoying the view.So,H went to both the beach but never swim ?!

The Black Beach (cos the sand is black)

We were going to the Volcano..Taking Cable Car down to the Ferry Station.Then,take ferry.

This is the only place with donkey rides.Can u spot the path where donkeys are carrying people?5Euro per person!

All the black rocks behind were formed by the lava .

Going to the Volcano was a bad idea for me because 1.It was super hot 2.You have to climb up the steep slope (damn tiring)

This was the first stop (Volcano no.1)you have to walk further up to see the other volcanoes.I decided to stop at a shelter here and rest as i was super dehydrated and tired.H went ahead.While waiting happily under the shelter,a girl and her aunt joint me at the shelther while her parent went up.

The little girl said she wanted to spot a lizard.I thought she was kidding until she screamed in excitement 'Lizard'!I quickly hopped on my bench and stood there till it went away.Only then i began to look around properly and realized that the place was full of Lizards!!!!Dammit!I don't know how long H will take to come back and i couldn't sit there any longer.So i began to walk around avoiding all the lizards *faintz*i really pengsan with fear and heat!

The lizards were not the usual house lizard.It was black or green with golden stripes (You can google for Santorini Lizards lah i don't want to put a picture of that here).Despite the different colours it still looked disgusting to me!!!

After 30 !@#$# minutes H returned and i ran down to catch the ferry back.
