Vaxjo

We went to Vaxjo yesterday to get our visas settled.I was hoping for a sunny day and wore fewer layers.It turned out to be a rainy and windy day!

We reached close to 12noon there and thought we should check out the place first so that we can come back after lunch.Somehow,we got the wrong address online and ended up at a residential area.The building that the GPS directed us to was a school.We both had a bad feeling about the address and decided to go for lunch first as it was lunch hour anyway.

Lunch was at Shanghai Palace...bit exp but food was not bad.

After lunch,we search for the address again on hubby's ipod and realized that we had the wrong address earlier.

Visa was settled very fast and then we went on to walk around centrum.I managed to get a nice pair of purple shoe that was on sale.Hehehehe!It was not so comfortable but WTH? if am going to stick to comfort i won't get to wear that many nice heels!

I have been wanting to get Jojoba oil for my dry scalp and dandruff problem.I tried the Body Shop at Vaxjo.I asked the sales assistant for Jojoba oil and she looked very quizzical.I was quite sure that Body Shop would have that.Then,I went to another shop which was selling essential oils and stuff and asked the same thing.This lady had the same quizzical look.So,I tried telling her yoyobah.She instantly knew it and showed me to the section.Pronunciation can be a huge barrier,huh?hahaha.
